Their story

Preservation Society is a preserves company that lovingly produces delicious jars of fruits and vegetables, and many of them are ready to be used in a cocktail for a memorable garnish.

Our selection includes the famous Caesar Celeries, that truly are a one of a kind item, marinated in a spicy vodka brine for all the crunch you could ever want from a Bloody Ceasar.

Ingredients are local whenever possible and sometimes even handpicked. Leave a pile of these jars next to your till and you’ll see them vanish rather fast!
