Their story

ITHQ graduated in 2003, Marie-Dominique Rail is specialized in mixes of herbs and spices. In 2010, she created her own company to put on the market a vast variety of seasonings for every plate and every palate, with a line designed specifically for cocktails.

She is passionate about international cuisine and the infinite flavours it encompasses.

Her ingredients come directly from Europe, South Africa or India. Her products are low in sodium, allergen-free, without filling, gluten, MSG or soy. Supporting fair trade, M Chef works with the integration program Service Adapté Transit.
