Their story

Jack’s Soda – brainchild of a longterm friendship – is a small craft company based in Gatineau.

Joël Beaupré and Mathieu Guillemette created two syrups made entirely from natural ingredients. There’s no processed sugar here, only pure Quebec honey. As a bonus, it’s a cold process. None of the ingredients has been cooked or boiled, so they keep their authentic flavour and freshness.
